Joy SiddonsMinister of MusicJoy Siddons comes to Christ the Servant Lutheran Church from Great Falls United Methodist Church where she served as Director of Music since 2005. While there, Joy directed children's and adult choirs and the handbell choir, conducted three musical programs a year for children and youth, organized and directed a summer music theater camp and directed many church musicals featuring children and adults.Joy is employed as an elementary music teacher at Fairhill Elementary School in Fairfax, and was the Music Director for Reston Community Center musicals that were performed throughout the summer of 2009.Joy holds Masters Degrees in Education and Music Education. She holds professional memberships in Kappa Delta Pi (an international honor society in education) and the American Guild of Organists. Her husband, Jim, is a Methodist Minister.Joy was formally installed on July 12, 2009.
